The firm has substantial expertise in all aspects of estate planning, trust creation and administration, and probate practice. We design estate or lifetime plans to minimize taxes and to ensure that the needs of the client and his or her family are satisfied as effectively and efficiently as possible. A wide variety of services are available, including preparation of wills, trusts, advance health care directives, and powers of attorney.  Our attorneys work closely with trustees and personal representatives in the administration of trusts and estates and assist in the preparation of tax returns when requested. We also represent clients in trust and probate litigation, guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, and name changes.  Individual members of this practice area serve from time to time in a fiduciary capacity, either as trustee, personal representative, or agent under power of attorney.
