We have a wide ranging litigation practice representing plaintiffs and defendants in commercial disputes and personal injury claims, as well as defendants in tax and white collar criminal cases and other criminal matters.
We handle commercial disputes involving real estate transactions, construction contracts, business torts, antitrust, securities, banking and lender liability, insurance coverage, professional malpractice, employment discrimination, environmental matters, trusts and estates, and school law. Our commercial litigators have been selected by their peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America and New England Super Lawyers for commercial and business litigation, construction law, antitrust law, legal malpractice, and estate and trust litigation.
Members of our department also represent plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury litigation, including product liability and negligence cases.

We recognize that litigation is not the only effective means of resolving disputes. Other methods such as mediation, arbitration, and various alternative dispute mechanisms may, under the circumstances, be effective and cost efficient methods for achieving the desired result. Indeed, a member of our department is a certified arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. Therefore, we work with our clients to find the most effective and cost efficient methods to resolve the disputes in which they find themselves.
